Women would stay in recruitment if they had more female role models and if their families didn’t hold them back, according to a new survey.

The organisation Women in Recruitment carried out the survey to find out why female recruiters leave the industry before getting into senior positions, despite being better billers.

    “57% of all respondents stated that family responsibilities had a negative impact in the sector as a whole”. Is it family responsibilities or poor structure and time management that is the real problem here? I think it’s a bad state of affairs when we site family life as having such a negative effect on our industry.
