That’s according to research from by Gympass, which discovered that certain sectors aren’t getting the recommended amount of exercise per week.

    Physical inactivity is certainly not good for wellbeing but neither is lack of or excessive psychological stimulation good. Physical and psychological fitness are equally important, but the latter is often either not understood or appreciated. Individuals need to understand themselves, their motivators and their detractors to be able to balance all factors which create a healthy mind and body
