Tim Cook on how to handle your critics

There’s a lot we can learn from Tim Cook and his business outlook, one of those things is how to handle your critics. It can be tough dealing with criticism, especially in the workplace, but it’s important to remember that some critics deserve a hearing whereas others you can often close your ears to.

A research study was published by Case Western Reserve University psychologist Roy Baumeister which demonstrated that we are four times more likely to process and internalise criticism than we are praise. This just shows how difficult it can be to deflect those harsh words from Joe Bloggs on LinkedIn, but Apple CEO Tim Cook has some legendary advice to impart to all of us.
