The number of businesses operating in the UK recruitment industry grew by almost 10% from 2017 to March 2018, according to the REC’s annual Recruitment Industry Trends report for 2017/18.

This totalled to 30,430 recruitment businesses, including high street agencies to the industry’s powerhouses such as Indeed and Reed.

    Introduce test and the talent will swiftly slide away from your agency for experienced hire. Talent want to meet the hiring manager who makes the call on what skills are required to succeed on the role, not a recruitment agency test
