A shocking ‘New CEO Report’ by Feigen Advisors, LLC, has revealed in a survey of new leaders at the top 250 S&P 500 companies that there are more executives named Jeffrey than there are women.
The report found that of the CEOs, two were named Jeffrey, two named Michael and just one of the Chief Executives was female. On top of this, the idea that there is a shake-up at the top of most of these big companies seems to be mythical. The turnover rate for CEOs last year was just 9.2%, with most (20 out of 23) of the new leaders coming from inside the company and people who are already at C-Suite level.
