It’s hard to believe that Bill Gates – the man who revolutionised the software industry and accrued a personal net worth currently valued at $102.9billion could possibly have any career regrets – yet according to a recent interview with Village Global, he does. And it’s a big one.
Gates’ visionary mind in the field of technological advancement can be seen as probably one of the most powerful and prolific that the world has ever seen; at the tender age of 19 he had the vision of creating new user-friendly software for microcomputers whilst studying at Harvard University. Within the next five years, the company had struck a deal with the biggest tech company in the world, IBM and already started putting together it’s Windows software.
