Look out for THESE signs of pre-burnout

By the time you’ve identified your condition as burnout, it’s probably too late to do anything to reverse it without it having a serious impact on your life and your health. In fact, if you’re starting to realise that you’re burned out, you’ve likely been burned out for a long time.

Although the condition is trivialised in the mainstream media, burnout can have some extremely serious consequences; the University of Massachusetts recently conducted a study that found the average CEO only stays in the position for six years due to the physical and mental effects that the job has on them, whilst the biggest cause of illnesses amongst C-suite employees are heart attacks and strokes. This, sadly, isn’t a coincidence.
