The hiring process can take a matter of weeks or even a just a few days when a recruiter is able to find their dream candidate, but where should a hiring manager draw the line when it comes to the length of a job interview?

Generally, a job interview will take between half an hour to an hour, depending on what the interviewer will ask the candidate to do. For example, they may be asked to perform tasks to demonstrate their skills, or they may also be required to meet with their team.
