    This comes as of no suprise. In my experience I have met so many loathsome managers in postions they should not be in, working for companys that pay only lip service to employees' well being.

    The managers themselves are usually of a certain demographic and approaching the end of their careers OR are younger upstarts who act in a precoucious and ignorant manner.

    Very sad indeed. Another nail in coffin for UK\ Western economies. No wonder many (like me) are now actively looking elsewhere to work.
