A disgruntled candidate has taken to Reddit to let loose about a recruiter that invited them to interview but apparently hadn’t even read their CV.

The applicant thought something was awry when, after they had applied for the role, they noticed they hadn’t put two core job skills on their resumé.

    To provide some form of defence; he may have outsourced the initial screening to a sourcer or more junior recruiter who missed these key points. That said, there is stil no excuse for not having at least given the CV a cursory glance before the interview - that is just basic courtesy!
