Many leaders such as Twitter Jack Dorsey and Apple icon Steve Jobs have been known to embrace some strange lifestyle habits, such as only eating one food for months on end, or spending hours interchanging between an ice bath and a sauna, yet this new popular lifestyle trend involves cutting yourself off from almost all stimulation for 24 hours. The BBC reported that people abiding by this fast can’t eat or drink anything other than water and aren’t able to use the internet, phone, computer or any other form of technology during that period.
