A lot of talk regarding Zoom calls and video conferencing has slowly risen over the past few weeks since lockdown in the UK began and employees were instructed to work from home where possible. However, slowly it seems staff are getting tired of the relentless number of group calls that take place over a working week.
However, in a piece published by Fast Company, Sarah Greenberg, a licensed Psychotherapist and Coach at BetterUp, revealed that while regular video connection is necessary, it shouldn’t get in the way of employees getting tasks done. She explained: “We need consistent, regular connection, but we also need and deserve time in the workday to get work done.”
