Last week saw the Chancellor, Rishi Sunak, share his plan to help get Britain back to work once again following the coronavirus crisis. During his mini-budget speech in Parliament, he outlined that the Government would be closing the furlough scheme and that a new bonus would come into effect to essentially reward firms who keep staff on. This new initiative has been designed to help prevent the rising figures of unemployment, which will see organisations across the UK receive £1,000 if they choose to continue employing workers. Despite this, recent news has revealed that around 60,000 Brits could face redundancy as businesses including Boots, John Lewis, Burger King and Rolls-Royce all announce staff layoffs, reported the Daily Mail.  Department store John Lewis revealed it...
