because of the criminality of other people i am having to sign on with no choice
    i won a employment tribunal 2006
was larffed at told from the giant company of AVIVA PLC that i had to be " stuck in a rut on JSA " even ACAS was a sub dpt of AVIVA PLC
i was at the time parenting
    working salary £16000
    running a small bookkeeping company
i had located to norwich to buy another house i own a house near to london
as i am a local to norwich
the emp tri didnt pay money should of
    salary cover unpaid
the JSA i continue to have to claim i am above the threshold to claim
as i have not achieved any honesty from others GOV compliance being others i paid money had to repay even solicitors i paid only had my house keys for convancing & court order enforcement
didnt do the work i paid them thousands to do so i claimed on the policy the 3bed house i own
as yet the years going past a giant gap on my CV having without choice to sign to means tested benifit
whilst others enjoy free use of my 3bed house & money i have told them i do not premit
so yea be aware when anyone has a claim on a policy
that is what them giant PLC companies do
assult the individual then bully them very much so
i was really put through bullying
i want my own money to go run a shop i did a plan to do so more than 10 years ago
i have yet to achieve even regaining my own money thank god HMRC has protocols or people would of stolen the house they did try couldnt do so
yet so many of them bully are in 0900 to 0500 employ arnt they........

JSA is a social disadvantage. i continue to seek another solicitors to get the matter resolved i had bought paid for £70'000 legal fees bought paid for
i think HMRC rules need to be complied to
trained i thought id never be unemployed was a nasty assult in the work place
thought at least they could of paid the monies they havnt yet
years & Years i was homeless left to fend for myself
that was so not nice of people i had the daily signing
    the sanctioning
the giant AVIVA PLC hasnt choosen to say sorry yet or pay anything as they dont wish to sign on they force others to via denying them their own monies
