The female co-CEO of executive search firm Chadick Ellig, has responded to an analysis of female CEO pay, claiming that “unconscious bias” is holding women back – Daily Mail reports.

Janice Ellig, named by Business Week as one of ‘The World’s Most Influential Headhunters’, made the comments after The Associated Press and Equilar released their female pay data.
