A jobseeker who penned a grime rap in place of a traditional cover letter has sparked a debate about the differences in employer attitudes towards black and white UK applicants.

Anastasia Glover, a graduate fed up with her ‘propa ard’ job search, sent the rap, which included lines such as ‘Man's goin job centre, signing on the dole, Recruitment company aven't got man a role’ to Forward Role Recruitment, and has since been inundated with interview offers.
