Manchester-based Tindall Perry Partnership has seen its turnover go up by 12% - its third consecutive year of growth, Manchester Evening News reports.
Its revenue in the financial year 2013/14 was £290,000. The following year it increased by £100,000 to reach £390,000. This year, revenues went up to £450,000.
Leyla Tindall, Director at the financial recruitment firm, says: "These results are great news but the focus now is on planning for the future. Whilst there is still some uncertainty because of Brexit we are seeing a continued upturn in the market which is positive.
"My view is that this will continue so we will carry on tailoring our offering to what’s actually needed and where the demand is coming from.
"We’ve worked hard to really understand our clients, the factors that affect their individual sectors and how we can add value.
"That clear focus has driven our strategy and has ensured that we have a track record of developing lasting partnerships which are based on sound discretion, reliability, professionalism, commercial awareness, collaboration and first class market intel.”
