When referring to EGIL in these Terms and Conditions, we are including all the relevant brands and sub brands within EGIL which owns and operates.

1.5. EGIL means Executive Grapevine International Limited and each of its products, services and brands.
2. Registration
2.1. Access to EGIL online sites are free of charge, however certain areas of the site may require registration and the creation of an account using the MyGrapevine feature. You agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords or other identifiers which you choose to access your account.
2.1.1. You agree that the account and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else.
2.1.2. You agree to only create an account for your own personal use and will not assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to restricted areas of the site.
