Introduction
Executive Grapevine International Ltd is committed to ensuring digital and live accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to provide an inclusive experience across our websites, digital platforms, and events, and we continue to improve accessibility as part of our ongoing design and delivery processes.
Conformance Status
Our website and associated digital platforms aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
A full accessibility audit was last conducted on 15 May 2025 by independent accessibility consultants. The audit methodology included:
- automated testing using recognised tools (including WAVE and Axe)
- manual keyboard navigation testing
- screen-reader testing
- a review of accessibility considerations for live and digital events, including physical access and interpretive support where appropriate
The findings of this audit inform our ongoing remediation and improvement programme.
Known Issues
Despite our efforts, some accessibility issues remain. We are currently aware of the following areas requiring improvement:
- Insufficient colour contrast in some call-to-action buttons.
- Missing alternative text on certain images.
- Incomplete keyboard focus indicators on a few interactive elements.
- Occasional absence of semantic HTML landmarks.
These issues are prioritised within our development roadmap and addressed on a rolling basis.
Accessibility Support for Events and Content
We are committed to making our events and content as accessible as reasonably possible and offer the following support where appropriate:
- sign language interpreters at live events, provided on request and subject to reasonable notice
- transcripts and recordings of digital events, available on request
- on-demand access to digital content, allowing users to pause, replay, and review sessions at their own pace
