myGrapevine+ Subscription Terms and Conditions
These myGrapevine+ Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the myGrapevine+ digital subscription service ("Service") offered by Executive Grapevine International Ltd. They apply to subscribers in the United Kingdom and the United States. Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing.Shape
1. Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 Service means the digital myGrapevine+ content, newsletters, reports, and any related digital materials provided via the website or app.
1.2 Subscriber, you, your means the individual or entity that subscribes to the Service.
1.3 Executive Grapevine International Limited, EGIL, we, us, our means Executive Grapevine International Ltd, company number 2789779, registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at 3rd Floor, Gate House, Fretherne Road, Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6NS, United Kingdom.
1.4 Headings are for convenience and have no legal effect.
1.5 References to statutes include amendments and re-enactments (unless expressly stated otherwise).
1.6 References to “writing” or “written” include email and other digital communications.
1.7 We may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, including the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and US federal and state consumer protection laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA), or our business practices. Any material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect, and the updated Terms will be posted at https://www.executivegrapevine.com/mygrapevine-subscription-terms-conditions.
2. Subscription, Fees and Cancellation
2.1 Subscription commencement: Your subscription begins on the date you subscribe (the "Start Date"). You will have immediate access to the Service upon payment confirmation.
2.2 Fees: You agree to pay the subscription fees as set out at the time of purchase. Fees are payable in advance and non-refundable except as expressly provided.
2.3 Statutory withdrawal rights:
- UK Subscribers: Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day withdrawal period starting on the Start Date. By accessing the Service immediately, you expressly waive your right to cancel within this 14-day period, in accordance with Regulation 17(4).
- US Subscribers: No statutory cooling-off period applies to digital subscriptions once access has been granted, except where required by state law. You may cancel future renewals as set out in section 2.4.
2.4 Voluntary cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving us at least 10 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date. Cancellation requests should be sent to [email protected].
2.5 Effect of cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription term besides statutorily required ones.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and materials provided as part of the Service are the intellectual property of Executive Grapevine or its licensors.
3.2 You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
4.1 We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy, available at:

4.2 UK Subscribers: We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
4.3 US Subscribers: We comply with applicable US federal and state privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA for California residents. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain your personal data and sets out your rights under each regime.
5. Liability
5.1 We exclude all liability to the extent permitted by law arising from the use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
5.2 Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
6.1 UK Subscribers: These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales (if you reside in England or Wales), the laws of Scotland (if you reside in Scotland), or the laws of Northern Ireland (if you reside in Northern Ireland). You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant territory.
6.2 US Subscribers: a. These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to them are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. b. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
